What is Life Coaching?

A Life Coach is someone who will partner with you to reach your goals. A life coach listens well, asks excellent questions, and helps you take action. Goals could include improving self confidence, finding a new job, changing behaviors, setting boundaries, and implementing healthy individual and family rhythms. It can take time to reach goals and each client is different. However, most clients reach their goal within 3 - 6 months. Life Coaching is about moving forward, not analyzing the past unless certain beliefs are holding someone back. The Coaching sessions are meant to be encouraging, positive, and truly empowering. Our goal is for the client to discover the answers and energy within themselves to move forward.
